With a state of the art in-house manufacturing site and also partners worldwide, Suscom prides themselves in offering complete manufacturing processes whilst integrating innovative technologies to the production process throughout. With a complete kit out of 6-axis Kawasaki robots, we have automated many manual processes ensuring the team are paying full attention to the quality standards of the produced parts.

After acquiring a new site, Suscom’s overall factory has increased from 35,000sq ft to over 90,000sq ft giving endless options to the client such as stock holding, JIT approaches to manufacturing to ensure good stock rotation, and even as far as sub assembly or capacity for future projects that may need further machinery, technology or space to complete – all whilst offering reduced costs and lead times in the majority of projects. Aside from the in-house manufacturing, our partners worldwide combined with the infrastructure have allowed us to have a large stock holding of products from our partners, offering one of the most varied and largest stocks of gas cylinders and springs as we continue to push our products that have made Suscom what it is today as an integral part of its growth from the first day the doors opened.
