The unique design of the high cone cylinder allows the gas cylinder to sit at a lower position than a normal cylinder. This is done for various reasons. Once is ascetically for the cylinder to be hidden within the application. The second is that it allows clients to achieve a lower starting position and higher top position than what you can achieve with a regular cylinder.
